I was driving through the area on my way to Colorado from Florida when I absolutely grenaded my rear differential on my 96 E350 camper pulling a 24' trailer. They got me into a bay and inspected within about an hour of pulling in their parking lot. Being an older diesel with dana 70 axle, we had a lot of trouble finding parts. They could not have been any better to me. They worked so hard for 3-4 days calling just about every supplier in the country until we could find the new ring and pinion. During this time I was staying in my camper in the parking lot. So hospitable at every stage along the way. Beautiful people that work hard and do very good quality work. Unbelievably fair to me when it came time for billing. I could not possibly be happier with the service I received from the entire crew. Will be stopping to visit with them anytime I'm passing through just so I can enjoy spending time with the crew of Arkansas Gear and Axle. I will also be trying to get setup so that when I need work like this done again, I can either bring vehicle to them or ship the parts I need repaired. They have gone above and beyond for me in every sense. I am and will be a lifelong customer. Thank you Scott, Tonya, Colton, Hayden, Brandon, and Payton for making my time here as pleasant as it could possibly be. You will not regret bringing your axle, differential, transmission, or transaxle. It will be done to high quality standards, with high quality parts, by high quality people.
